Performance marketing & media buying

Performance media buying, measured in profit.

We buy paid social, search, and native for advertisers who have stopped caring about impressions and want to know what the media returned. Buying, creative, and tracking are all in-house. Nobody here subcontracts the part that goes wrong.

What we do

Five things, done properly.

How we work

Audit, build, buy, report.

Audit

Two weeks in your ad accounts and your analytics. We come back with what's broken, what's working better than you think, and what we'd do first.

Build

Tracking before media. Server-side events, deduplicated conversions, and a reporting view that finance and marketing can both read without arguing.

Buy

Consolidated structures, weekly creative iteration, and budget that follows the evidence. Losing tests get cut on a schedule agreed in advance.

Report

One dashboard and a written note every week explaining what changed and why. If a channel is underperforming, you hear it from us first.

Selected work

What it looked like in practice.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What does Northbeam Media actually do?

We buy paid media for advertisers and take responsibility for what it returns. That means the buying itself, the creative that fills it, and the tracking that tells you whether any of it worked.

Which verticals do you work in?

E-commerce and D2C, mobile apps, fintech, SaaS and subscription businesses, and lead generation. We work Tier-1 and EU geos.

What is your minimum spend?

Around $40,000 a month in media. Below that, a specialist buying team isn't the constraint on your growth, and we'll say so.

How do you charge?

A monthly retainer, or a retainer plus a performance component tied to an agreed profit metric. We don't take a percentage of ad spend, because that model rewards spending more instead of spending well.

Tell us what the account is doing.

Send the numbers, or just the problem. We reply within one business day. The first conversation is a diagnosis, and sometimes the diagnosis is that you don't need an agency yet.
