Who we are

Northbeam Media Ltd. operates vengelogistics.com. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, write to hello@vengelogistics.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Visiting it does not create a profile of you anywhere.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, request times, and user agents. Those logs exist for security and reliability, are not used to identify individuals, and are retained for a short period before deletion.

What the contact form collects

Nothing, today. The form on the contact page posts to a placeholder endpoint. It isn't connected to an inbox, a backend, or a CRM, nobody receives what you type into it, and the form itself says so above the button. Email and Telegram are the channels that reach a person.

When you email us, we hold what you chose to send: your name, your email address, and usually your company and the problem. It sits in our email provider's system. We use it to reply, and to run the engagement if there turns out to be one. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, and contract once there is a contract.

Once the form is wired up, this is what will apply, and not before. It will collect the fields it already shows you: name, work email, company, budget range, and message. Those submissions will be handled on the same lawful basis as email, kept for two years, and then deleted. This page gets updated with the name of the processor that receives them before the form goes live, not after.

Data we process for clients

When we run media for a client, we process advertising and analytics data on that client's behalf. In that context the client is the controller and we are the processor, governed by a data processing agreement signed before any work starts. We don't combine one client's data with another's.

Who we share data with

Our email provider, our hosting provider, and the advertising platforms a client instructs us to use. Each is bound by its own processing terms. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Under the CCPA, if you are a California resident, you can ask what we collected and ask us to delete it, and we do not sell personal information as that law defines it.

Ask by emailing hello@vengelogistics.com. We reply within thirty days. If we get it wrong, you can complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK or the EEA, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top of this page. See also our Cookie Policy and our Terms of Service.
