By using vengelogistics.com you accept these terms. They govern the website itself. They are not the contract for a media buying engagement — that is a separate agreement, signed by both sides, and it takes precedence over anything written here.

What is on this site is not an offer

The case studies, metrics, and service descriptions on this site describe past work and typical engagements. They are not a promise of results. Advertising performance depends on your product, your offer, your margins, and a dozen things outside anyone's control.

Intellectual property

The content, code, and design of this site belong to Northbeam Media Ltd.. You can read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You can't republish it as your own.

Your submissions

If you send us a brief, an account, or a message, you confirm you are entitled to share it. We treat it as confidential and use it only to assess and, where relevant, deliver the work. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

Acceptable work

We decline engagements in gambling, betting, casino and iGaming, adult, nutraceutical, and sweepstakes categories, and any campaign that requires cloaking, misrepresentation, or breaching an advertising platform's policies. Asking us to do it anyway ends the conversation.

We sometimes link out. We don't control what is on the other end, and we are not responsible for it.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on information published here without taking your own advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
