About

A buying team, not a layer of account management.

Northbeam Media started in 2019 because two buyers got tired of watching good creative die inside bad account structures, and worse, watching nobody notice.

Twelve people: six buying, three on creative, two on tracking and analysis, and one founder who stays on every account. There's no strategist tier, no delivery layer, and no weekly deck assembled by someone who has never opened the ad account. The person buying your media is the person on the call, and if a channel isn't working you hear it from them before you hear it from your board.

Most of our work is with advertisers between $40k and $600k a month in media. Below that, the constraint is usually the product or the offer, not the buying.

The team

Who actually touches the account.

Media buying

Six buyers. Each owns accounts, not channels, so nobody can blame the other side of the funnel.

Creative

Two designers and a motion editor who sit in the buying reviews and watch their own work get cut.

Analytics

One engineer who builds the tracking and one analyst who reads it. They disagree usefully.

Client leadership

One founder, who owns every relationship and joins every weekly call.

Where we stand

White traffic, compliant accounts, boring paperwork.

We buy white traffic only. No gambling, no betting, no casino or iGaming, no adult, no nutra, no sweepstakes. Our accounts stay live because we don't cloak, we don't run grey offers, and we don't chase the kind of arbitrage that gets a business manager banned on a Friday afternoon.

We process personal data under GDPR and the UK GDPR, we sign a DPA before any tracking work starts, and we hand every account, pixel, and dashboard back to you if we part ways. None of that is a differentiator. It's the boring half of the job.
